| All software is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is
expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. The vendor will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits nor any other kind of loss while using this software. DataNetzs Co. software licenses are bound to a machine name within a domain. Licenses are sold as non refundable, non transferable. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this product for the purposes of building a competing product. Customers agree not to use DataNetzs Co. products to build products that compete directly with existing DataNetzs Co. products. All disagreements that cannot be settled between DataNetzs Co. and customers are to be settled using binding arbitration between the parties with no lawyers involved. The arbitrator to be appointed by a city or county court under the states enacted arbitration statute. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by DataNetzs Co. In summary: We want to build quality useful products and get paid for them. We want to serve our customers directly and give great value.
